ABC Family hired Schematic to re-design their home page. The design needed to reflect some updated thinking around their brand. Also, the team was looking for innovative interaction models that would engage their young digitally literate and social site users. After working with ABC Family on understanding and expanding their brand ideas, we presented three innovative concepts that would revolutionize their brand and the way users would engage with the site.
As Creative Director, I facilitated client stakeholder meetings, brainstorm sessions, and brand workshops. I distilled information gathered into mission statements, personas, and feature walk-throughs. I worked closely with a User Experience lead to initialize the interaction model concepts. I facilitated our internal design kickoff/brainstorm session and created site maps, user flows, and presentation keynotes. I directed three visual designers in creating the comps and presented the deliverables to the client.
