Role: Interaction and Visual Designer
Product: Enterprise app with an SAP backend.
Users: Adobe customers and customer service reps who manage large numbers of licenses - from downloading updates, to managing entire accounts. This is an app that some customer service reps use all day everyday.
Project Goals: Increase efficiency for these internal users, and decrease calls to call center.
